Absolutely love Kevin and his wife Lena!! They're both the bomb !!They give you exactly what you want and more! Lena did a freaking awesome job on my nails and Im totally obsessed!!! The Nightmare before Christmas is my FAV!! This is nice place to check you pay for what you get

I have been with Orchid Nails for over 3 years. Nail technicians are the greatest! Great customer service, professional and patience. Wait time is minimal! Environment is extremely clean! I would highly recommend you to experience their services.

I love this place! Great atmosphere, clean, organized and so relaxing. Best pedicure of my life! Another best part of this salon is wow they can do some amazing nail too. They will try to make your nail better then the picture you show them LOVE IT HERE WILL BE COMING BACK

Recently had a bad experience at another salon and Orchid nail was highly recommended by some of my co-worker. Came in with an idea and BOOM they did beyond my expectations. Definitely recommend them to anyone thank you for making my experience so welcoming.

i have been going to my nail tech Karen for almost a year now and i have never left the nail salon disappointed. she always does an amazing job on my nails whether it’s acrylics or a simple gel manicure and pedicure. all the other nail techs are super friendly and do amazing work. i don’t know what im going to do when i can’t go to Karen anymore when i go to college! i would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Myself and my two daughters got gel manicures and pedicures. This was the girls first grownup mani/pedi. The nail techs were very professional, friendly, and understanding. The girls had a great time. The shop was clean and inviting. The nails looked great. I would definitely recommend them.

Lena has been doing my nails for over a year, i come in with designs from pintrest and show her, and she makes it happen perfectly!!! The staff here is great, even though i live in webster i travel to henrietta just for them. 10 out of 10 recommend them!!!

Let begin with the service They offer many type of services. The one thing I love is that the salon is very clean and comfortable. THEY USED CLEAN BOWL PEDICURE WITH A BAG IN IT WHICH I LOVEEEEE!!! Thank you making me feel royal I will be back

Very good. Good services!!! Been there everytime i have a chance. The salon has so much selection to pick from pedicure to nail. They give me the best service and welcome every trip!!! Last, of THE SALON IS SO CLEAN!!! Check them out and i promise you wont be disappointed.

I’m just going to say, the staff here is amazing. Everyone. Karen does my nails, she does an amazing job all the time. They make sure you’re comfortable and leave happy. I’ve been to many nail salons in Rochester, but nobody tops their customer service. I don’t even live in Rochester anymore, but still travel 30+ minutes to Orchid Nail! Thanks Karen & Kevin!

I have been going to Kevin at Orchid Nails for the past several months and I am so, so glad I found this salon! Kevin always does a wonderful job with my nails - he listens to what I want and works with me to make sure my nails look the best. He is so detail oriented and takes his time with the work. If I’m not happy with something, he works with me to get the look I want. The rest of the staff are wonderful, too - I’ve had pedicures done with Karen and Lewis - both great at their jobs! Highly recommended!!!

First time going here and I will never go anywhere else! Obsessed with how my nails turned out! Karen did such a good job! The owner Kevin is amazing and it was such a great time. We all talked and laughed the whole time together. The prices are amazing compared to competitors and they make sure your nails are exactly what you wanted before you leave. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had the most amazing experience here tonight. I had a strange request of putting my tegu’s (large lizard) shedded skin on my nails. Kevin took the bull by the horns and dedicated so much time and care into transforming my nails into the vision I didn’t think could be done. It was such a great night! I couldn’t be happier with the way they turned out! I will never go to another salon after this!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so pleased with my experience that I had to. Luis was so sweet and made sure I was satisfied with my acrylic nails throughout the process. The nails came out exactly how the reference picture looked and I got so many compliments about them. My pedicure also came out really nice. Overall, I’d highly recommend this salon!!

I had a great experience here, Kevin really came through with the colour and shape of my nails and Lena really pulled it together with the design. Decent price. There was amazing communication and lots of jokes. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will totally be back!

This nail salon holds a very special place in my heart. I didn’t have too much luck with other salons in the Rochester area until I went here. So, I have been coming here for about 7 years (started when Tommy and Michelle were the owners). I always enjoyed the service and kindness from the staff each time I visited.Now the salon is under new ownership. The new owner, Kevin, does an excellent job. He is friendly, accommodating, and does an awesome set of nails. The same goes for the rest of staff. The nails are definitely worth the wait.I would give this salon all my money if I could.

I went in today to get a full set of acrylics. I was told to request Kevin. After showing Kevin what I wanted he was extremely confident and helped me through the entire process of picking what color for my nails. He was so friendly and helpful and gave me so many compliments and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve been getting my nails done for probably seven years in Rochester and this was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had and the best work I’ve had done ! He was so patient with me and accommodating and gave me exactly what I wanted and I had the pleasure of meeting his wife and saw the nails that she did before me and those were also amazing! I won hundred out of 10 recommend this place you absolutely have to go!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place treats me so well. The whole staff does an awesomejob and the environment when you walk in is super friendly. They are also all very talented when doing nail art and genuinely take their time to make sure you get what you want! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.×
